10 ounces of new potatoes
5 ounces green beans
Fresh mint
1 lemon
Sherry vinaigrette base
Two 6 ounce wild Alaskan salmon fillets
2 to 3 radishes
2 ounces mixed greens
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Olive Oil: Exclusively from Try The World box
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Sheet Pan

2 Small Bowls
Frying Pan

What You Need:
To cut down on time I used my steamer for the potatoes, green beans and finally the salmon. It saved about 7-8 mins from original cook time.
